Winemaker's Notes

Strain F13 is the specific yeast we used in fermenting a portion of the 2020 vintage of Petite Pearl. While this wine is delightfully Petite Pearl, the F13 yeast added extra complexity and character to this wine. Take note of the subtle hints of toffee and golden Turkish fig that gently shine through the signature dark fruit flavors and tomato leaf aromas in the glass. This is not just Petite Pearl; it's Petite Pearl+!
