What is Club Carboy?
The best way to experience Carboy wines! We offer multiple club levels and a variety of benefits and perks. All wine club members enjoy 20% off all wine purchases (excludes happy hour and other discounts) plus invitations to member-only events. What is the fee to join the club?
There is no fee to join the club. You only pay for the wines you purchase at each scheduled club allocation.
How often will I be charged and how much?
Club charges are automatically processed three (3) times a year, generally in March, June and November as of 2024. CLUBS: EVERGREEN:approx. $80-$120 per allocation GRAND MOUSSEUX:approx. $50-$100 per allocation LODE: approx. $80-$120 per allocation MOTHER LODE:approx. $200-$250 per allocation
What are the benefits of joining Club Carboy?
In addition to access to our best wines, the following perks are included for all club members: - 20% discount on club wine purchases and all full-price Carboy wine by the glass, bottle or 1-liter Carboy fill at the tasting room (excludes happy hour) - 20% discount on all full-price Carboy retail merchandise - Invitations to member-only events
Lode, Mother Lode and Adit 79 members also receive: - 2 complimentary tasting flights each quarter - 1 free glass of wine per membership account per month - 1 free Carboy growler (fill not included)
What if I miss my free glass of wine one month or one of my quarterly flights? Do the complimentary flights and free glass of wine carry over?
No. These benefits reset at each quarter for the complimentary flights and each month for the free glass of wine for Lode, Mother Lode and Adit 79 members.
Can I select the wines?
Lode and Mother Lode members will have the ability to customize their orders! We will release new wines for each club allocation. Lode members will receive limited customization options, while Mother Lode members receive unlimited customization options.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please send notice of cancellation in writing to club@carboywinery.com. You must email your request to cancel prior to the scheduled club processing date to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be issued after club charges are processed. Three (3) allocations (either local pick-up or shipments where available) are required prior to cancelling your membership. Early cancellation will require bottle purchase to satisfy three (3) allocations or incur a $50 early cancellation fee.
How do I track and redeem my club member benefits and perks in the tasting room?
Please download our app from the app store at Apple or Google Play. The app is not linked to your online club member account. Please create a new account in the app using the same address we have on file for your club membership. Then we will take care of the rest!
Colorado Members
When can I pick up my club wines?
You will be notified via email of each club release date. Please visit the tasting room on or after the release date at your convenience to pick up your club wines.
How long do I have to pick up my wine?
We will keep all club wines in stock and available at all tasting rooms for a maximum of six months from the club release date. After six months, we will restock these wines and cannot guarantee availability. Substitutions may be necessary for wines picked up more than three months after the club release date and club members will be responsible for any cost difference in the substituted wines.
Can I pick up my club wines at a different location than my usual pick-up location?
Yes. You do not need to notify us if picking up one time at a different location. If you want to switch your preferred pick-up location to a different location, please email club@carboywinery.com.
Can you ship my wines to me?
No, we are presently unable to ship in state to CO addresses.
I just signed up online. When will I receive my first club allocation?
Your first allocation will be charged at the next scheduled club allocation. We welcome you to visit the tasting room and purchase wine at any time during business hours.
How do I update my account information?
Please login to your account here to update your email address, phone number and credit card information. You can also view your order history and manage upcoming club orders.
Can a friend or relative pick up my club wines?
Yes! Please let us know in advance by emailing club@carboywinery.com or calling the tasting room to let us know who will pick up your wines.
Can I purchase and ship wine to a friend or relative?
Please email club@carboywinery.com or call (720) 770-1621 to place an order. We are presently unable to ship in state to CO addresses but can ship to most other states.

How do I receive my club member discount online?
Click here to place an online order and enter the same email address associated with your club account. You will automatically receive your 20% discount at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We presently ship to 38 states (AK, AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY)
How much do shipments cost?
Shipments include the cost of the wines, tax and shipping. Shipping rates vary. Your order will automatically ship with UPS Ground shipping unless you select expedited shipping.
When will you ship my wines?
We will notify you of the anticipated shipping date (usually on or within 1-2 business days of the time of transaction). Shipments are generally sent on Mondays or Tuesdays to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible.
Do I have to be home to receive my wine?
An adult age 21+ must be present to sign for delivery. UPS will make three delivery attempts and then hold your shipment for five business days before returning the shipment to us. You are responsible for shipping fees for returned shipments.
What if I am going to be away from home when my shipment is scheduled to arrive?
You may select a shipping address for a local UPS Store or Access Point before your shipment is processed. If you would like us to hold your shipment for up to 3 months or pick up locally at a tasting room if you will be in CO, please email club@carboywinery.com or call (720) 770-1621 to request a hold or local pick-up. After your shipment is processed and picked up by UPS, we are unable to cancel or change your shipment. Please contact UPS to reroute your shipment to a UPS Store or Access Point location. You are responsible for any fees for rerouted shipments.
